Germylex Digital Insights LLC is registered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under Commercial Registration 1010897342, with its registered office at Olaya Street, King Fahd District, Riyadh 12244. We are the data controller for the information described in this Policy.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data that you knowingly provide or that is strictly necessary to operate the site:
- Name and email address, when you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Language preference (English or Arabic), stored locally in your browser.
- Cookie preference, stored locally in your browser.

We use TLS 1.3 in transit, encryption at rest, least-privilege access controls, and regular third-party security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.
8. International transfers
Subscription data is primarily stored on servers located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where we use email delivery providers outside the Kingdom, we rely on contractual safeguards compliant with the PDPL cross-border transfer rules.
9. Children
Germylex content is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the law or our practices. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
